The products shown in our website are made of the finest selection of alpaca fibre and manufactured under the highest quality standards. We have made every possible effort to ensure that colours seen on this site are the closest possible to the actual colours of our products. However, the colours that you see depend on how your monitor is adjusted. Therefore we cannot guarantee that the colours displayed on your monitor are identical to the garments. The sizes of our clothing are based on international standards.

Our Website Pricing
All prices quoted are in Canadian dollars and include shipping and handling for purchases within Canada but do not include applicable taxes. As mentioned below, shipments to the U.S.A. will required an additional payment of Cdn$20 for Xpresspost service and Cdn$40 for Purolator International.

finealpacaclothing.com charges taxes for products ordered on this internet site based on the applicable combined federal and provincial sales tax rate of the location to which the order is being shipped.

GST
All provinces have 7% G.S.T (Goods & Services Tax) added to all orders.

PST
The Provincial Sales Tax of 8% will be added to customers ordering from within the province of Ontario.

Shipping
Our operation strives to provide the best service to our customers. We will be well stocked on items offered and will prepare parcels within 1 to 2 days from the date of order and delivery to you will be an additional 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location. Nevertheless, if an item shown is suddenly out of stock, we will then communicate with the customer to ask if interested in receiving the desired item upon re-stocking.

We utilize Xpresspost to guarantee on time delivery. Shipping costs are included for deliveries within Canada. Xpresspost delivery times are as follows:

Shipments to U.S.A. are subject to an additional charge of $25 via Xpresspost and of $55 via Purolator International. If applicable, U.S.A. taxes/duties upon import to the U.S.A. are the responsibility of the purchaser. Xpresspost - U.S.A. delivers in 3 to 5 business days. Purolator International delivers next day a.m. to over 19,000 destinations in the U.S.A.

Cost of shipments outside of North America can be quoted upon request.

By phone: We can also take payments via phone utilizing the above mentioned credit cards.

All transactions are done in Canadian dollars.

Gift Boxing/Wrapping and Cards

• Please note that Gift Boxing is available at an additional $12.
• Gift Wrapping is only $5.00 per item.

In both cases it includes a card for your personal message.

Order Cancellation Policies
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours.

Return and Exchange Policies
Your total satisfaction is important to us and therefore you are entitled to refunds and exchanges within the following terms:

• We will refund your money minus a restocking fee of $20 when a return happens within the first 10 days of having received the merchandise.
• The restocking fee will be waived only if the return is due to receiving a defective item or if the item is not the one that corresponds to the one purchased, be it of the wrong model, colour or size.
• Items must be UNWORN and accompanied by its original labels and our Return Form that was included with your order.
• Sale Items are not refundable but may be exchanged with other merchandise offered or receive a credit note.
